The kindly face of Bundaberg Hospital’s Allied Health Reception, Beth Aslett, is retiring from work after a varied and rewarding career spanning 25 years.
Originally joining the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service in 1999, Beth’s first job was as a Typist, supporting the Quality and Safety unit, before moving into the Allied Health team as an Administration Officer.
In a varied career, Beth’s workplace roles included several stints as an Executive Support Officer, and in more recent times, she’s graced the Allied Health Reception role, assisting patients with tact and a warm smile and supporting her clinical colleagues daily, with witty and dry humour, efficiency, tenacity and dedication.
Now focused on a future filled with happy family times with her children and grandchildren and no doubt many catch ups with former colleagues who are also friends, Beth leaves her working life with her face turned towards the sun and new adventures.
